Bookings and Cancellations
We respectfully request
48 hrs
notice to either cancel or to alter any appointment
A non refundable booking fee of 50% is now required for some appointments
If the required
48 hrs
notice to cancel or alter an appointment is given then the booking fee
will be carried forward to your next appointment
If the required
48 hrs
notice is not given or if your appointment is missed, unfortunately your booking fee will be lost
Late arrival for an appointment will result in the treatment time being reduced or cancelled altogether for which you may be charged the full charge
Gift Vouchers
Our
Gift Vouchers
are the perfect way to treat someone on their birthday, at Christmas on any 'special' occasion or 'just because'!
They are available for any treatment or to any monetary value and can be purchased
at the salon or over the telephone.
We can post out to a preferred address if required by first class mail, normally within 24 hours of order.
Gift Vouchers
are not redeemable for cash and no change will be given.
Foxy Lady Beauty regrets that any lost or out of date gift vouchers cannot be honoured or
replaced.

Salon Guidelines
To maintain a relaxed atmosphere for our clients we ask that
mobile phones
are switched
off before entering the salon and for the duration of your visit
We request that
babies and children
are not brought into the salon
Please notify staff if you are
pregnant,
under any
medical care,
on
medication
or have any
allergies
All treatment prices and opening times are subject to change without prior notice
COVID precautions - 2024 update:
With the winter now with us there is every reason to continue with care. Please:
• Wash
your hands in our
'Powder Room' before entering the salon and/or use the Sanitising gel
which is readily available on our reception desk and throughout the salon

All our equipment is sterilised in an
Autoclave (where appropriate) or Barbicide
Disposable equipment is used wherever and whenever possible
•
If you are feeling unwell, please notify us as soon as possible and your appointment will be re-scheduled
We request card or contactless payments whenever possible
