Bookings and Cancellations

*   We respectfully request a minimum of 48 hrs notice to either cancel or alter any appointment.

   (for any Tuesday appointments we need to be notified by no later than 3pm on the Friday prior, due to us being closed on Sundays and Mondays)

*   A non refundable booking fee of 50% is now required for some appointments.

*   If the required minimum of 48 hrs notice to cancel or alter an appointment is given then any booking fee already paid can be carried forward to your next appointment.

*   If the required minimum of 48 hrs notice is not given or if your appointment is missed, unfortunately any booking fee already paid will be lost and we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the      missed appointment. 

*   Late arrival for any appointment will result in the treatment time being reduced or cancelled altogether for which you may be charged the full amount

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE OPERATE A CANCELLATION SYSTEM FOR ANY CLIENTS WAITING FOR APPOINTMENTS. IF THE REQUIRED NOTICE IS GIVEN TO CHANGE OR ALTER AN APPOINTMENT IT HELPS US TO HELP OTHERS. IT ELIMINATES TIME WASTING AND HELPS OUR SYSTEM TO RUN SMOOTHLY.

Salon Guidelines

To maintain a relaxed atmosphere for our clients we ask that mobile phones are switched off before entering the salon and for the duration of your visit

We request that babies and children are not brought into the salon

A Medical Questionnaire form will normally require completion and please notify staff if you are pregnant, under any medical care, on medication or have any allergies. 

All treatment prices and opening times are subject to change without prior notice
